Вклад академика Ф.Г. Рутберга в электрофизику и энергетику (к 90-летию со дня рождения)
Аннотация
Статья посвящена памяти академика Филиппа Григорьевича Рутберга и его научным достижениям в области электрофизики и электроэнергетики. Труды Ф.Г. Рутберга внесли существенный вклад в исследования мощных разрядов в плотных газовых средах, неравновесных процессов в потоках плазмы, процессов в сложных электродинамических системах, а также в разработку и создание электрофизического оборудования различного назначения. Под его руководством созданы импульсные и кратковременные системы электропитания большой мощности с инерционными накопителями энергии, электроразрядные гиперскоростные ускорители тел с предельными параметрами, стационарные мощные трехфазные генераторы плазмы переменного тока, мощные импульсные генераторы плазмы. Разработаны плазмохимические технологии для производства синтез-газа и водорода с целью получения экологически чистой возобновляемой энергии, а также жидких топлив. Отработаны технологии по переработке и уничтожению отходов различного типа, создано оборудование для бактерицидной очистки воды импульсными разрядами, разработки и получения оксидных наноструктур.
